用“豆荚理论”提高侧气帘子系统开发效率与试验成功率

摘要 安全约束系统在被动安全领域发挥着重要的作用。安全约束系统,尤其是侧气帘系统,因其布置环境相对复杂,常常在开发过程中存在失效多,需多次才能通过试验,导致开发周期长的难题。文章旨在应用豆荚理论,指导侧气帘系统的设计与开发,确保一次通过试验,可以大幅降低开发费用,缩短开发周期。 Safety restraint systems play a critical role in passive safety engineering.These systems,particularly side curtain airbag systems,are characterized by complex installation environments and are prone to frequent failures during development.Challenges include multiple iterations required to pass certification tests and extended development cycles.A methodology based on the pod theory is proposed to guide the design and development of side curtain airbag systems,aiming to ensure first-time pass rates in certification tests.This approach is demonstrated to reduce development costs and shorten timelines significantly through optimized engineering workflows.
