摘要
某大型炼化企业新建炼油和高端合成新材料项目,配套1400m^(3)/h除盐水处理系统,系统进水水源为经净化处理后的河水,并以污水处理站优质中水回用水作为备用水源,采用超滤、两级反渗透、混床组合工艺制备除盐水(二氧化硅≤15μg/L、硬度≤1μmol/L、电导≤0.1μS/cm)。其中,超滤与反渗透作为预处理及一级除盐,混床作为深度除盐系统。所制取的除盐水满足企业用水水质需求,且系统运行稳定,抗负荷冲击能力强。结合运行数据分析了吨水成本费用,供其他同类工程参考。
A large refining and chemical enterprise has newly constructed an oil refining and high-end synthetic new materials project,equipped with a 1,400 m^(3)/h demineralized water treatment system.The feedwater source for the system is river water treated by purification treatment,supplemented by high-quality reclaimed water from the wastewater treatment plant as a backup source.The system adopts a combined process of ultrafiltration,two-stage reverse osmosis,and mixedbed ion exchange to produce demineralized water.Ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis serve as pretreatment and primary desalination units,while the mixed-bed system functions as an advanced desalination unit.The reverse osmosis and mixedbed process produces demineralized water that meets the enterprise’s water quality requirements(silicon dioxide≤15μg/L,hardness≤1μmol/L,conductivity≤0.1μS/cm).The system operates stably with strong resistance to load shocks.Based on operational data,the cost per ton of water has been analyzed,providing a reference for similar projects.
