摘要
针对SABC流程在生产过程中存在顽石破碎机性能未能充分利用,造成磨矿系统产能受限,磨矿效率不佳的问题,通过对影响顽石破碎机性能的6个关键因素,即设备选型、运行连续性、给料特性、实际产能、产品控制和控制策略的分析,以某SABC流程为例,利用顽石破碎机整体设备有效性评价工具,给出了提高顽石破碎机性能的优化方案。在使用优化方案后,实现了半自磨机与球磨机负荷平衡,取得了SABC流程磨矿单位功耗降低0.59 kW·h/t的效果。
In view of the problem that the performance of the pebble crusher was not fully utilized in the production process of the SABC process,resulting in limited capacity of the grinding system and poor grinding efficiency,six key factors,which were equipment selection,operation continuity,feeding characteristics,actual capacity,product control and control strategy,affecting the performance of the pebble crusher were analyzed.Then,taking a SABC process as an example,and using the overall equipment effectiveness evaluation tool for the pebble crusher,the optimization scheme to improve the performance of the pebble crusher was proposed.After the implementation of the optimization scheme,the load balance between the SAG mill and the ball mill was realized,and the effect of reducing the unit power consumption of the SABC process by 0.59 kW·h/t was achieved.
