摘要
针对传统农学实践课程体系存在的教学内容滞后、产教协同表层化、学生技术集成能力薄弱等问题,该研究设计基础层、核心层、实践层与拓展层的“3+1阶”课程结构,形成目标驱动的教学模式。通过乡村振兴战略下的科技服务、科技小院等社会实践驱动课程精准化,构建动态更新的模块化教学资源;同步推进科研成果向教学资源转化,构建模块化知识库与多学科交叉案例库,形成科研反哺教学、教学驱动创新的生态闭环。实践表明,该模式贯通“理论—实践—创新”培养链条,有效提升学生解决复杂问题的能力和产业系统认知,为农业现代化人才培养提供可复制的改革范式。
In response to the challenges of outdated teaching content,superficial industry-education collaboration,and weak technical integration capabilities among students in traditional agricultural practice curricula,this study systematically designs a"3+1-tier"course structure comprising foundational,core,practical,and advanced extension tiers,establishing a goal-driven teaching framework.Leveraging social practices such as rural revitalization-driven technology services and"technology demonstration hubs",the model promotes precision-oriented curriculum development and constructs dynamically updated modular teaching resources.Simultaneously,it facilitates the transformation of research outcomes into teaching materials,building modular knowledge repositories and interdisciplinary case libraries to form a self-reinforcing ecosystem where research feeds teaching and teaching drives innovation.Practical evidence demonstrates that this model effectively bridges the"theory-practice-innovation"cultivation chain,enhances students'ability to solve complex problems and their systemic understanding of agricultural industries,offering a replicable reform paradigm for cultivating talent in agricultural modernization.
