摘要
新型城镇化背景下,随着空间拓展、人口产业集聚、居民出行需求多元化,公共交通作为城市核心基础设施,其布局的合理性至关重要,而对其的传统评价依赖静态统计与人工调研,存在数据滞后、空间维度缺失、供需匹配刻画不精准等问题,难以支撑精细化决策。本文以衡阳市区为研究范围,提出基于POI(兴趣点)数据(含商业、居住、办公等功能点位)的公共交通综合评价框架,并结合空间分析技术,构建涵盖公交线路密度、站点覆盖范围、POI数据功能混合度、供需空间匹配度等的评价体系,实现多维度量化评估。结果表明:POI数据可精准捕捉城市空间特征,弥补传统方法的不足;衡阳市核心城区(蒸湘区、石鼓区)公交服务优质,但新兴片区存在线路稀疏、布局不合理、供需适配度低等问题。最后,针对其不足提出了几点建议。
Against the backdrop of new urbanization,with urban spatial expansion,population and industrial agglomeration,and diversified travel demands of residents,public transport,as a core urban infrastructure,requires rational layout planning.Traditional evaluations rely on static statistics and manual surveys,suffering from data lag,lack of spatial dimension,and inaccurate depiction of supply-demand matching,making it difficult to support refined decision-making.Taking the urban area of Hengyang as the research scope,this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation framework for public transportation based on POI(Point of Interest)data,including commercial,residential,office,and other functional locations.Combined with spatial analysis technology,this study constructs an evaluation system covering public transport route density,station coverage,functional mixing degree of POI,and spatial supply-demand matching degree to realize multi-dimensional quantitative evaluation.The results show that POI data can accurately capture urban spatial characteristics and compensate for the deficiencies of traditional methods.Public transport services in Hengyang's core urban areas(Zhengxiang District,Shigu District)are of high quality,while emerging areas face problems such as sparse public transport routes,unreasonable layout,and low supply-demand adaptability.Finally,the study proposes several targeted suggestions to address these deficiencies.
