摘要
目的:探讨中药足浴联合体外冲击波治疗跟痛症的临床效果。方法:选取2022年10月—2024年6月海安市中医院收治的跟痛症患者104例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=51,采用体外冲击波治疗)与联合组(n=53,采用中药足浴联合体外冲击波治疗)。两组治疗4周。比较两组临床效果,采用VAS、美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)踝-后足评分量表对两组足跟疼痛程度及足部功能进行评估。结果:联合组治疗总有效率为92.45%(49/53),高于对照组的78.43%(40/51)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分较治疗前下降,联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组AOFAS踝-后足评分系统各项评分较治疗前升高,联合组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药足浴联合体外冲击波治疗跟痛症能提高临床效果,有效缓解患者足跟疼痛症状,促进足部功能恢复。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy in the treatment of heel pain.Method:A total of 104 patients with heel pain admitted to Hai’an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into the control group(n=51,treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy)and the combination group(n=53,treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy)according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.The VAS and American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)ankle hindfoot scoring system were used to evaluate the degree of heel pain and foot function in the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the combination group was 92.45%(49/53),which was higher than 78.43%(40/51)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the combination group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the various scores of the AOFAS ankle hindfoot scoring system in both groups increased compared with those before treatment,and those of the combination group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath and extracorporeal shock wave therapy can improve clinical efficacy,effectively alleviate patients'heel pain symptoms,and promote foot function recovery.
