摘要
目的:分析人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗子宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的效果。方法:纳入2023年1月—2024年9月萍乡赣西肿瘤医院收治的子宫颈HPV感染患者共92例,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=46)、观察组(n=46)。对照组予以人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片治疗,基于此,观察组联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗。两组均治疗3个月。对比两组疗效、阴道微生态、炎症指标[IL-6、IL-4、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)]及不良反应发生情况。结果:与对照组(80.43%)相比,观察组治疗后的总有效率(95.65%)高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组治疗后pH值正常率、白细胞酯酶阴性率、过氧化氢阴性率高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-6、IL-4水平低于对照组,IFN-γ水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗子宫颈HPV感染的效果确切,能够促进阴道微生态功能恢复,减轻炎症反应。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Human Interferonα2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets combined with Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use in the treatment of cervical human papilloma virus(HPV)infection.Method:A total of 92 patients with cervical HPV infection admitted to Pingxiang Ganxi Cancer Hospital from January 2023 to September 2024 were included and divided into a control group(n=46)and an observation group(n=46)using a random number table method.The control group was treated with Human Interferonα2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets,based on this,the observation group combined with Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The efficacy,vaginal microecology,inflammatory markers[IL-6,IL-4,interferon-γ(IFN-γ)],and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group(80.43%),the total effective rate of the observation group(95.65%)after treatment was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the normal rate of pH value,the negative rate of leukocyte esterase and the negative rate of hydrogen peroxide after treatment in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and IL-4 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IFN-γwas higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Human Interferonα2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets combined with Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use have a definite therapeutic effect on cervical HPV infection,which can promote the recovery of vaginal microecological function and alleviate inflammatory responses.
