摘要
目的:观察在血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭的基础上,联合应用左卡尼汀和碳酸镧的效果。方法:回顾性选取2023年1月—2024年12月北京丰台右安门医院收治的慢性肾衰竭患者60例,按照不同治疗方案分为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=30)。两组均进行血液透析治疗,在此前提下,对照组采用左卡尼汀治疗,研究组采用左卡尼汀联合碳酸镧治疗,持续治疗3个月。对比两组临床疗效、钙磷代谢及全片段甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)、肾功能、不良反应。结果:研究组治疗后的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组血磷、钙磷乘积、iPTH和β_(2)-微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)、Scr、BUN水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:左卡尼汀和碳酸镧的联合应用能够有效改善血液透析慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能,调节机体钙磷代谢。
Objective:To observe the effect of the combined application of Levocarnitine and Lanthanum Carbonate on the basis of hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Method:A retrospective selection was made of 60 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Beijing Fengtai You’anmen Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024,and they were grouped into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30)according to different treatment regimens.Both groups received hemodialysis treatment.Under this premise,the control group was treated with Levocarnitine,and the study group was treated with Levocarnitine combined with Lanthanum Carbonate,treatment for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,calcium and phosphorus metabolism,intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH),renal function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood phosphorus,calcium-phosphorus product,iPTH,β_(2)-microglobulin(β_(2)-MG),Scr and BUN in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of Levocarnitine and Lanthanum Carbonate can effectively improve the renal function of patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis and regulate calcium and phosphorus metabolism in the body.
