产教融合背景下植物保护专业实践教学改革研究

摘要 植物保护专业是高等农业教育的重要组成部分,承担着培养农业科技人才的重要使命。在产教融合战略引导下,该研究以河北北方学院植物保护专业为例,立足区域农业特色,从实践教学课程体系、教学基地建设、教学过程设计与质量评价体系四个方面,探讨了实践教学改革的路径与方法。通过构建产学研协同育人机制,强化学生专业实践能力与岗位胜任力,旨在为同类院校植物保护专业人才培养提供参考,助力培养高素质创新型、应用型农业人才。 The Plant Protection major is a vital component of higher agricultural education,bearing the significant mission of cultivating agricultural science and technology talents.Guided by the strategy of industry-education integration,this study takes the Plant Protection major at Hebei North University as an example.Based on regional agricultural characteristics,it systematically explores the pathways and methods for practical teaching reform from four aspects:the practical teaching curriculum system,the construction of practical teaching bases,the design of the practical teaching process,and the quality evaluation system.By establishing an industry-university-research collaborative education mechanism and strengthening students'professional practical abilities and job competency,this research aims to provide a reference for talent cultivation in Plant Protection programs at similar institutions,thereby contributing to the training of high-quality,innovative,and application-oriented agricultural professionals.
