摘要
目的依据《中国药典》(2025年版)标准,对河北省张家口市宣化区所产红花药材进行质量综合评价,并初步探讨其生态种植适宜性。方法以宣化区深井镇种植的红花为研究对象,进行性状鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别,并检测杂质、水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、红色素吸光度及水溶性浸出物等指标;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定羟基红花黄色素A与山柰酚的含量。结果供试红花样品性状特征明显,薄层色谱行为符合药典规定;水分含量为3.0%,总灰分为6.6%,酸不溶性灰分为0.6%,红色素吸光度值为0.29,水溶性浸出物达32.2%;羟基红花黄色素A含量为2.580%,山柰酚含量为0.080%,两项指标均显著高于《中国药典》规定的最低限量(1.0%和0.05%)。结论宣化产区所产红花各项质量指标均符合2025年版《中国药典》要求,其中羟基红花黄色素A含量优于国内主产区平均水平。结合当地光照充足、昼夜温差大、土壤排水良好的生态条件,表明宣化地区具有发展优质红花种植的生态适宜性与产业开发潜力。
Objective To comprehensively evaluate the quality of Carthamus tinctorius cultivated in Xuanhua District of Zhangjiakou City,Hebei Province,based on the standards of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2025 edition),and to preliminarily assess its ecological cultivation suitability.Methods C.tinctorius samples cultivated in Shenjing Town,Xuanhua District,were collected for systematic quality assessment,including macroscopic characteristics,thin-layer chromatography(TLC)identification,and determination of impurities,moisture content,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,absorbance of red pigments,and water-soluble extracts.The contents of hydroxysafflor yellow A and kaempferol were quantified using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results The tested samples exhibited distinct macroscopic characteristics and TLC behaviors consistent with pharmacopeial standards.The moisture content was 3.0%,total ash 6.6%,acid-insoluble ash 0.6%,absorbance of red pigments 0.29,and water-soluble extracts 32.2%.The hydroxysafflor yellow A content reached 2.580%,and kaempferol content was 0.080%,both significantly exceeding the minimum limits specified in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(1.0%and 0.05%,respectively).Conclusion C.tinctorius samples produced in Xuanhua production area meets all quality requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2025 edition),with hydroxysafflor yellow A content surpassing the average level of major production regions in China.Combined with abundant sunlight,large diurnal temperature variation,and well-drained sandy loam soil,the findings indicate that the Xuanhua area possesses strong ecological suitability and industrial potential for cultivating high-quality C.tinctorius.
