摘要
传统限速器与安全钳之间由非刚性的机构连接,导致安全钳动作响应延迟。轿厢随动式限速器是将限速器直接固定于轿厢立柱,采用刚性连接安全钳,提升了限速器安全钳系统的响应速度。本文分析了轿厢随动式限速器的主要结构形式及其原理,采用逐帧分析法对2类限速器动作并触发安全钳夹持导轨制停轿厢的时间进行了分析,并从理论上证明了2种布置形式限速器安全钳的响应差异。同时介绍了该方式限速器在斜行电梯上的应用案例。
The flexible coupling between traditional speed governors and safety gears leads to the delayed activation of safety gears.The car-mounted overspeed governor,which is directly mounted on the car frame and rigidly connected to the safety gear,improves the response speed of the speed governor-safety gear system.This paper delves into the main structural configurations and working principles of the car-mounted overspeed governor.Using frame-byframe analysis,the time taken for both types of governors to activate and trigger the safety gear in gripping the guide rail to stop the car is examined.The response differences between the two configurations of the overspeed governorsafety gear system are also theoretically demonstrated.Additionally,application examples of this system in electric lifts with inclined path are presented.
