金黄色葡萄球菌耐药机制及其治疗策略的进展

摘要 金黄色葡萄球菌,是一种常见的病原体,通常会诱导多种疾病的产生。随着医学中抗生素的过多使用,多种病原体的药物耐药性也随之骤升。特别地,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,MRSA)的出现导致其临床感染率日益攀升,这对医学治疗造成了严重困扰。MRSA菌株的遗传多样性较高,其流行克隆和耐药特性也在持续变化。因此,对MRSA耐药机制的深入探究以及对应治疗方案的开发尤为重要。本文针对MRSA的耐药现状和耐药机制进行了全面阐述,对其相关治疗措施进行了深入分析,为临床医学中治疗MRSA感染奠定基础。 Staphylococcus aureus is a common human pathogen capable of causing a wide range of diseases.The misuse of antibiotics has significantly increased the resistance of many pathogens,particularly with the emergence and spread of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA),which has led to persistently high infection rates,posing significant challenges and difficulties for clinical treatment.The genetic diversity of MRSA strains leads to continuous changes in epidemic clones and resistance profiles,making the study of its resistance mechanisms and the development of novel therapeutic strategies particularly important.This paper reviewed the current status of drug resistance and the mechanisms of drug resistance in Staphylococcus aureus and discussed alternative treatment strategies for Staphylococcus aureus,providing a reference for the treatment of clinical drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infections.
