摘要
为了彻底解决传统肋板拉入法实施过程中存在拉入操作难度极大、行车占用时长过长以及对前道工序精度要求高等诸多难题,创新性提出一种新型船舶分段建造肋板拉入工装及施工方法,研制一套操作便捷且高效的新型肋板拉入工装并应用于某铝合金材质分段建造。该新型肋板拉入工装及施工方法的成功实施,不仅极大提升了装配效率、降低了行车占用率,有效提升了肋板拉入实施效率,而且减少了复杂补板焊缝的焊接物量及焊接工作,从而大幅降低工人劳动强度。
In order to thoroughly solve the numerous problems existing in the implementation process of the traditional rib plate pulling method,such as extremely difficult pulling operation,excessively long crane occupation time,and high precision requirements for the previous process,a new type of rib plate pulling fixture and construction method for ship section construction is innovatively proposed.A set of convenient and efficient new rib plate pulling fixture is developed and applied to the section construction of a certain aluminum alloy material.The successful implementation of this novel rib plate pulled-in devices and construction method,which not only greatly promotes assembly efficiency,reduces the occupancy rate of crane trolley,effectively improves the implementation efficiency of rib plate pull-in,but also decreases the volume of welding materials and welding work of complex collar plates weld,thus significantly reducing the labor intensity of workers.
