浅析非开挖修复技术对老旧污水管段渗漏点封堵的长期有效性验证

摘要 非开挖修复技术是解决老旧污水管段渗漏问题的重要手段,其长期有效性受到人们的广泛关注。对采用不同非开挖修复技术处理的渗漏管段进行长期跟踪监测,分析修复后管段在不同运行年限、地质条件及污水荷载下的渗漏情况、结构稳定性及密封性能的变化。研究表明,优质材料与规范施工结合的非开挖修复技术可实现5年以上的有效封堵,地质稳定性与后期维护对长期效果的影响显著,从而为评估非开挖修复技术的长效性提供了数据支撑,对老旧管网修复方案的优化具有实践意义。 Trenchless repair technology is an important means to solve the leakage problem of old sewage pipes,and its long-term effectiveness has been widely concerned.Long-term follow-up monitoring was carried out on the leakage pipe sections treated by different trenchless repair technologies,and the changes of leakage,structural stability and sealing performance of the repaired pipe sections under different operating years,geological conditions and sewage load were analyzed.The research shows that the trenchless repair technology combined with high-quality materials and standard construction can achieve effective plugging for more than 5 years,and geological stability and post-maintenance have a significant impact on long-term results.The research provides data support for evaluating the long-term effectiveness of trenchless repair technology,and has practical significance for optimizing the repair scheme of old pipe network.
