基于“三强两优”教学模式的《空中领航》课程改革与实践

摘要 《空中领航》作为飞行技术专业的核心课程,长期面临“自主学习不足、跨学科融合薄弱、应变能力欠缺”三大教学挑战。为此,课程教学团队创新提出“三强两优”教学模式,即“强化自主学习、强化知识融合、强化实践操作”与“优化教学方法与资源、优化评估方式”。自实施以来,该模式有效破解了传统教学困境,显著提升了学生的领航胜任力,并助力课程获评国家一流本科课程。本文系统梳理“三强两优”模式的实施路径与实践成效,并探讨其优化方向,以期为民航飞行技术专业的高等教育改革提供参考。 As a core course in the Flight Technology program,Air Navigation has long faced three major teaching challenges:internal limitations,isolation and rigidity.To address these issues,the course teaching team innovatively proposes the"Three Enhancements and Two Improvements"teaching model,which includes"enhancing self-learning,enhancing knowledge integration and enhancing practical skills"and"optimizing teaching methods and resources and improving assessment approaches."Since its implementation,this model has effectively overcome the challenges of traditional teaching,significantly improved students'navigational competency and contributed to the course being recognized as a national first-class undergraduate course.This paper systematically reviews the implementation process and practical outcomes of the"Three Enhancements and Two Improvements"model and explores potential directions for further optimization,with the aim of providing a reference for the higher education reform of civil aviation flight technology programs.
