摘要
建设教育强国是中华民族伟大复兴的基础工程,也是中国式现代化的重要支撑。文章系统梳理了我国教育强国战略定位从“为国家建设服务”到“优先于社会主义各项事业”的历史演进脉络,阐释其从公益属性向功能属性延伸的时代内涵,指出教育强国建设具有“高适应、高品质、高价值”的三维时代特征。面对数字产业革命、人口结构变化与世界发展新格局等多重现实挑战,教育强国建设应围绕育人模式改革、教育资源优化配置、教育数字化战略以及终身学习体系构建等方面协同推进,走出一条以教育现代化支撑国家现代化的系统路径。
Building a strong education nation is a foundational project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and a crucial pillar for Chinese modernization.This article systematically examines the historical evolution of China’s strategic positioning of building a strong education nation,tracing its shift from“serving national development”to“taking precedence in all socialist endeavors”.It elucidates the era specific extension of its meaning from a public welfare attribute to a functional attribute,and highlights the three dimensional characteristics of“high adaptability,high quality,and high value”in the endeavor.Confronted with multiple challenges of the digital industrial revolution,demographic changes,and the evolving global development landscape,building a strong education nation should be advanced through coordinated efforts in reforming the education model,optimizing the allocation of educational resources,implementing a digital education strategy,and constructing a lifelong learning system.This approach will chart a systematic pathway for leveraging educational modernization to underpin national modernization.
