茭白删苗机设计与试验

Design and experiment of seedling removal machine for Zizania latifolia

摘要 针对茭白产业人工删苗劳动强度大、作业效率低,而现有机械化删苗装备和技术缺乏的问题,基于薹管种植模式,在明确删苗工艺流程的基础上,对茭白机械化删苗关键技术进行了研究,研制了一款茭白删苗机。阐述了整机结构与工作原理,开展了删苗装置、高地隙动力底盘的理论分析与结构设计,确定了主要结构与工作参数。试制样机并开展了田间试验,试验结果表明:茭白删苗机整机性能稳定,各关键零部件运行良好,在茭田平整的前提下能够实现茭白的机械化删苗,作业效率约为0.13 hm^(2)/h。 In order to ameliorate the current situation of high labor intensity and low operational efficiency of manual seedling removal,lack of mechanized seedling removal equipment and technology in Zizania latifolia industry,the seedling removal process was clarified,and the key technology of mechanized seedling removal for Zizania latifolia was studied based on the stem tube planting mode.A seedling removal machine for Zizania latifolia was developed.The overall structure and working principle of the machine was explained.The theoretical analysis and structural design of the seedling removal device and high ground clearance power chassis were conducted and the main structure and working parameters were determined.Finally,the seedling removal machine for Zizania latifolia was developed,and field experiments was carried out.Field test results showed that the overall performance of the seedling removal machine for Zizania latifolia was stable,and all key components operated well.It could achieve mechanized seedling removal of Zizania latifolia with an operating efficiency of about 0.13 hm^(2)/h on the premise of flat Zizania latifolia field.
