摘要
为应对斜管沉淀池排泥车传统作业中污泥含固率低、排泥水量大、智能化水平不足的状况,以广州市自来水有限公司西村水厂四号净水系统1号斜管沉淀池虹吸式排泥车为研究对象,设计基于多模态感知的作业能效优化系统。系统整合污泥浓度、原水浊度、设备状态等感知数据,通过改造刮泥、吸泥、虹吸及自控系统,构建“感知—决策—执行”闭环控制逻辑,进一步降低人工干预,为斜管沉淀池排泥车智能化升级提供技术方案,助力自来水厂降低成本、提高效益(数据均来自西村水厂改造实践与监测记录)。
To address the problems of low sludge solid content,large sludge discharge volume and insufficient intelligence in the traditional operation of sludge discharge vehicles in inclined-tube sedimentation tanks,this study takes the siphon-type sludge discharge vehicle of No.1 inclined-tube sedimentation tank in the No.4 water purification system of Xicun Waterworks,Guangzhou Water Supply Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and designs an operation energy efficiency optimization system based on multimodal perception.The system integrates perceptual data such as sludge concentration,raw water turbidity and equipment status.By transforming the sludge scraping,sludge suction,siphon and automatic control systems,a closed-loop control logic of"perceptiondecision-execution"is constructed,which further reduces manual intervention.This study provides a technical solution for the intelligent upgrading of sludge discharge vehicles in inclined-tube sedimentation tanks,which can help waterworks reduce costs and improve benefits.All data are derived from the transformation practice and monitoring records of Xicun Waterworks.
