摘要
在钢板卷制裂纹附近取样,进行成分、硬度、金相分析和模拟实验,发现钢板在卷制过程中,再次在剪切痕处形成应力集中导致裂纹产生,随着卷制变形的增大,裂纹逐渐向剪切面上、下表面扩展。结合现场生产和客户应用情况制定并实施有效的改进措施,减少了钢板边部的卷制开裂现象。
Samples are taken near the bending cracks of the steel plate for composition,hardness,metallographic analysis,and simulation experiments.It is found that during the bending process,stress concentration is formed again at the shear marks,leading to crack initiation.As the bending deformation increases,the cracks gradually propagate to the upper and lower surfaces of the shear plane.Effective improvement measures are formulated and implemented based on the combination of on-site production and customer application,which significantly reduces the occurrence of edge bending cracks.
