摘要
目的分析妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)患者行多样性护理对血糖控制、自护能力、生活质量的影响。方法方便选取2023年8月—2024年8月厦门市第五医院产科收治的80例GDM患者作为研究对象,按照不同护理模式分为对照组(40例,常规护理手段)与观察组(40例,多样性护理)。对比两组患者的血糖控制情况、自护能力、生活质量及不良妊娠结局。结果干预后两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组干预后的自护能力评分及生活质量评分均较对照组高,不良妊娠结局发生率较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论多样性护理对患者血糖控制、自护能力、生活质量均有积极影响,同时能有效降低不良妊娠结局发生率。
Objective To analyze the influence of diverse nursing on blood glucose control,self-care ability and quality of life in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)admitted to the Department of Obstetrics of Xiamen Fifth Hospital from August 2023 to August 2024 were conveniently selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group(40 cases,conventional nursing methods)and the observation group(40 cases,diverse nursing)according to different nursing models.The blood glucose control,self-care ability,quality of life and adverse pregnancy outcomes of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After the intervention,the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c levels of the patients between the two groups all decreased,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After the intervention,the self-care ability score and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Diverse nursing has positive effects on patients'blood glucose control,self-care ability and quality of life,and can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes at the same time.
