摘要
目的评估宜兴百合中重金属的富集特征及其潜在健康风险。方法在江苏省宜兴市采集百合及其对应土壤样品,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法和催化热解-冷原子吸收分光光度法测定Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Hg和Pb的含量。采用单因子污染指数法、内梅罗污染综合指数法、危害商数法和靶标危害系数法分析百合的重金属污染水平及摄入暴露风险,并通过生物富集系数评估百合对不同重金属的富集能力。结果所有样品中重金属含量均符合《中国药典》等相关标准限值。在药用或药膳用途下,宜兴百合中重金属健康风险在安全范围内;但食用途径下,全部样本中Cd均存在非致癌风险。此外,宜兴百合对重金属的富集能力依次为Cd>Zn>Cu>Hg>Ni>Cr>Pb>As,其中Cd的富集系数远大于1。结论宜兴百合整体重金属风险可控,但其对Cd具有较强的富集能力,需持续加强对百合及其生长环境中Cd污染的监测与管理。
Objective To assess the enrichment characteristics and potential health risks of heavy metals in Lilii Bulbus in Yixing.Methods Lilii Bulbus and corresponding soil samples were collected from Yixing City,Jiangsu Province.The contents of Cr,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Cd,Hg and Pb were determined using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and catalytic pyrolysis-cold atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The single-factor pollution index,Nemerow comprehensive pollution index,hazard quotient and target hazard quotient were employed to analyze the heavy metal pollution levels and ingestion exposure risks in Lilii Bulbus.The bioconcentration factor was used to assess the enrichment capacity of Lilii Bulbus for different heavy metals.Results The heavy metal contents in all samples complied with the relevant standard limits of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Under medicinal or medicated diet usage,the health risks of heavy metals in Yixing Lilii Bulbus were within safe limits.However,under dietary intake,Cd in all samples posed non-carcinogenic risks.Additionally,the enrichment capacity of Yixing Lilii Bulbus for heavy metals followed the order:Cd>Zn>Cu>Hg>Ni>Cr>Pb>As,with the bioconcentration factor for Cd being significantly greater than 1.Conclusion The overall heavy metal risk in Yixing Lilii Bulbus is controllable,but due to its strong enrichment capacity for Cd,continuous monitoring and management of Cd pollution in Lilii Bulbus and their growing environment should be strengthened.
