摘要
[研究目的]在数智化技术蓬勃发展的背景下,从智库数智化建设角度研究推动高校教学改革的发展路径,可以为产学研深度融合提供有益探索。[研究方法]首先界定数智化技术、数智化智库的基本内涵与核心特征,在梳理高校教学改革面临的主要问题基础上,提出数智化智库驱动教学改革的内在逻辑与作用机制,并构建数智化智库下高校教学改革路径。[研究结论]数智化智库建设和高校教学改革之间存在天然联系,而借鉴智库机制成为高校教学改革的一种重要思路。就此,提出三个方面的建议:一是在国家层面设立专项计划;二是在高校层面着力打造校级一体化数据平台和智慧教学平台;三是建立数据治理章程和伦理审查机制,因地制宜推进高校教学改革。
[Research purpose]Against the backdrop of rapid development in digital and intelligent technologies,this paper aims to explore pathways for promoting teaching reform in higher education institutions from the perspective of digital and intelligent think tank construction,thereby providing useful exploring for the deep integration of industry,academia,and research.[Research method]The article first defines the basic connotations and core features of digital and intelligent technologies and the think tanks.On the basis of outlining the main challenges facing teaching reform in higher education,it proposes the internal logic and mechanism through which digital and intelligent think tanks drive teaching reform.Furthermore,it constructs a framework for teaching reform pathways in higher education under the digital and intelligent think tank model.[Research conclusion]There is an inherent connection between digital-intelligent think tank development and higher education teaching reform,and drawing on think tank mechanisms has become an important approach for advancing such reforms in universities.In this regard,this paper proposes three recommendations.Firstly,it suggests establishing a special initiative at the national level.Secondly,it suggests focusing on building university-wide integrated data platforms and intelligent teaching platforms at the institutional level.Last but not least,it suggests formulating data governance charters and ethical review mechanisms to promote higher education teaching reform tailored to local contexts.
