大吨位桥梁转体施工技术研究与应用

摘要 本文结合长垣至修武高速公路封丘至修武段上跨京广铁路立交工程实例,针对24000吨大吨位T型刚构桥转体施工,系统分析了转体施工的关键技术难点与控制措施。通过工程实践,详细阐述了转体体系设计、称重配重方法、转体过程监控,重点探讨了转体牵引力计算、不平衡力矩调整及铁路营业线施工安全措施。结果表明,通过精准的称重试验和同步控制,实现83°转体精准就位,轴线偏差控制在2cm以内,为类似大跨径转体桥梁施工提供一定参考。 This article combines the example of the overpass project of the Fengqiu Xiuwu section of the Changyuan Xiuwu Expressway over the Beijing Guangzhou Railway,and systematically analyzes the key technical difficulties and control measures of the rotation construction of a 24000 ton large tonnage T-shaped rigid frame bridge.Through engineering practice,the design of the rotating system,weighing and balancing methods,and monitoring of the rotating process were elaborated in detail,with a focus on the calculation of rotating traction force,adjustment of unbalanced torque,and safety measures for railway operating line construction.The results indicate that through precise weighing tests and synchronous control,accurate positioning of the 83°rotating body can be achieved,with axis deviation controlled within 2cm,providing a certain reference for the construction of similar large-span rotating bridges.
