基于智能监控的变电站综合自动验收系统设计

摘要 针对变电站运行环境复杂、电磁干扰和信号衰减等因素导致监控信息偏差和失真的问题,本文设计了一种基于智能监控的变电站综合自动验收系统。通过变电站侧的测控装置和传感器实时采集监控信息,并由合并单元进行数据整合。采用汉宁窗函数优化离散傅里叶变换(DFT)构建全相位DFT谱分析方法,利用汉宁窗函数抑制频谱泄漏、减小频谱分析误差的特性,以及全相位DFT通过多相位处理充分利用数据相位信息、提高频谱分析精度和分辨率的优势,对整合后的变电站智能监控信息进行校正处理,从而获得量测准确的监控信息,实现变电站智能监控信息的综合自动验收。实验结果表明,经该系统处理后的变电站监控信号频率、幅值、相位信息稳定平滑,能实现关联性、告警触发性校验,具有误漏报率低、环境适应性强、重复测试一致性高、用户满意度高等特点。 A comprehensive automatic acceptance system for substations based on intelligent monitoring has been designed to address the issues of monitoring information deviation and distortion caused by complex operating environments,electromagnetic interference,and signal attenuation in substations.Real time monitoring information is collected through the measurement and control devices and sensors on the substation side,and the data is integrated by the merging unit.Using the Hanning window function to optimize the discrete Fourier transform(DFT),a full phase DFT spectral analysis method is constructed.The Hanning window function is used to suppress spectral leakage and reduce spectral analysis errors,and the full phase DFT fully utilizes the advantages of data phase information and improves spectral analysis accuracy and resolution through multi-phase processing.The integrated substation intelligent monitoring information is corrected and processed to obtain accurate monitoring information,achieving comprehensive automatic acceptance of substation intelligent monitoring information.The experimental results show that the frequency,amplitude,and phase information of the substation monitoring signal processed by the system is stable and smooth,and can achieve correlation and alarm triggering verification.It has the characteristics of low false alarm rate,strong environmental adaptability,high consistency of repeated testing,and high user satisfaction.
