面向过街低头族的智能汽车警告EHMI劝导设计研究

A STUDY ON THE PERSUASIVE DESIGN OF INTELLIGENT VEHICLE WARNING EHMI FOR SMOMBIES

摘要 本研究通过智能汽车外显界面警告设计策略的研究,为纠正行人低头过街行为提供具有针对性、创新性的干预路径。基于劝导设计理论搭建框架,从吸引注意、理解与决策、回馈信息3个阶段展开设计研究,相应提出了感官感知、信息理解、体验感3个设计维度,通过对深蓝S05、Audi Aicon、M.Vision S等案例的分析以及文献研究验证其有效性,进而提出设计策略。结果显示,面向过街低头族的智能汽车劝导警告eHMI设计,应当调动行人感官以增强信息感知,做到信息明确与可视化,提升人车交互体验。该研究明晰了低头族与智能汽车的交互过程,为干预行人过街低头行为提供了新思路。 This study provides a targeted and innovative intervention path for correcting smombies'crossing behaviors by studying warning design strategies of the external human-machine interfaces of intelligent vehicles.Based on the persuasive design theory,a framework is built.The design research is carried out in three phases:attracting attention,comprehension and decision-making,and giving information back;accordingly,three design dimensions of sensory perception,information comprehension,and experiential sensation are proposed,and their validity is verified by analyzing the cases of Deepal S05,Audi Aicon,and M.Vision S as well as by literature research,and then the design strategy is proposed.The results show that the eHMI design of intelligent vehicle persuasive warnings for smombies should mobilize the senses of pedestrians to enhance information perception,effectively streamline and visualize the information,and improve the human-vehicle interaction experience.This study clarifies the interaction process between smombies and intelligent vehicles and provides new ideas for intervening in the behavior of smombies.
