摘要
【目的】探讨集束化手术室干预在宫腔镜子宫内膜病损切除术患者中的应用效果。【方法】选取2023年2月至2025年2月在本院行宫腔镜子宫内膜病损切除术的100例患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(常规手术室干预联合集束化手术室干预)和对照组(常规手术室干预),每组50例。比较两组心率、舒张压、收缩压、凝血功能指标[凝血调节蛋白(TM)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物-抑制剂复合物(t-PAIC)]、应激反应指标[促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)]及患者满意度。【结果】干预后,观察组心率、舒张压、收缩压、ACTH、CRH水平低于对照组(P<0.05),TM、t-PAIC水平及患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】集束化手术室干预可有效稳定宫腔镜子宫内膜病损切除术患者的生命体征,减轻应激反应,改善凝血功能,提高患者满意度。
【Objective】To explore the application effect of the bundled surgical room intervention in patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial lesion resection.【Methods】From February 2023 to February 2025,100 patients who underwent hysteroscopic endometrial lesion resection in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group(conventional surgical room intervention combined with bundled surgical room intervention)and the control group(conventional surgical room intervention)according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,coagulation function indicators[coagulation regulatory protein(TM),tissue-type plasminogen activator-inhibitor complex(t-PAIC)],stress response indicators[adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),corticotropin-releasing hormone(CRH)]and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.【Results】After intervention,the heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,ACTH and CRH levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of TM,t-PAIC and patient satisfaction were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The bundled surgical room intervention can effectively stabilize the vital signs of patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial lesion resection,reduce stress response,improve coagulation function,and increase patient satisfaction.
