高质量发展背景下高校教师核心素养提升路径研究

摘要 高等教育高质量发展的关键是提升高校教师的核心素养。高校教师的核心素养主要由职业道德素养、人文素养、信息化素养、教育教学素养、专业实践素养、科研创新素养这6个方面构成。其中,职业道德素养是根基,人文素养是前提,信息化素养是保障,教育教学素养是基础,专业实践素养是关键,科研创新素养是升华。在分析高校教师核心素养缺失表现的基础上,提出应从加强职业道德建设、树立人文学习理念、强化信息技术应用、提高教育教学水平、增强专业实践技能、促进科研创新能力等方面,提升高校教师的核心素养。 The key to the high-quality development of higher education lies in enhancing the core literacy of university teachers.This study holds that the core literacy of university teachers mainly consists of six aspects:moral literacy,humanistic literacy,information literacy,educational and teaching literacy,professional practice literacy,and scientific research and innovation literacy.Among them,professional ethics literacy is the foundation,humanistic literacy is the prerequisite,information literacy is the guarantee,educational and teaching literacy is the core,professional practice literacy is the key,and scientific research and innovation literacy is the sublimation.We should comprehensively enhance the core literacy of university teachers by strengthening the construction of professional ethics,establishing a humanistic learning concept,promoting the application of information technology,improving educational and teaching standards,enhancing professional practical skills,and fostering scientific research and innovation capabilities.
