摘要
为了解决作业现场2800XPB电铲开斗电机不自卷、钢丝绳使用周期短等可靠性低的问题;结合开斗动作与电气控制系统工作原理,分析了现场实际故障的表现形式;从开斗效率高,故障率低、运行过程免维护,钢丝绳乱绳问题等方面,对原有的开斗装置进行了升级改造。结果表明:改造后的开斗系统在动作顺畅性、钢丝绳寿命、能耗以及故障率等方面均取得了显著的改善,不仅提高了设备的可靠性和运行效率,也为矿山生产的顺利进行提供了有力保障。
In order to solve the problems of low reliability of 2800XPB shovel open bucket motor,such as non-self-winding and short service cycle of wire rope,combining the open bucket action and the working principle of electrical control system,the article analyzes the manifestations of actual faults on site,and upgrades and transforms the original open bucket device from high efficiency of bucket opening,low failure rate,maintenance free operation process,and problem of tangled steel wire ropes.The results show that the operation smoothness,wire rope life,energy consumption and failure rate of the modified open bucket system have been significantly improved,which not only improves the reliability and operation efficiency of the equipment,but also provides a strong guarantee for the smooth progress of mine production.
