大理石矿山露天转地下过渡期衔接开采技术

摘要 大理石矿山在露天转地下开采过程中,面临如何有效衔接两种开采方式、确保开采过程的稳定性与连续性以及境界矿柱回采难度大等问题;提出了采用保留永久性境界矿柱的过渡方案,由此充分保障地下矿体开采的稳定性;基于地下开采工艺特点,提出了适用于石材矿床的台阶锯切式平硐开采技术。通过数值模拟分析了地下首中段和多中段开采的安全稳定性,得出在第3中段开采后采场稳定性减小可能发生失稳破坏。 During the process of transitioning from open-pit to underground mining in marble mines,there are challenges such as effectively connecting the two mining methods,ensuring the stability and continuity of the mining process,and the difficulty of extracting boundary pillars.The article proposes a transition plan that preserves permanent boundary pillars to fully ensure the stability of underground ore body mining.Based on the characteristics of underground mining technology,the article proposes a step sawing type adit mining technology suitable for stone deposits.The safety and stability of underground mining in the first and middle sections and multiple sections are analyzed through numerical simulation.The article obtains that the stability of the mining site may decrease and instability damage may occur After the third section is mined.
