基于全生命周期的工程造价成本优化路径与实践研究

摘要 本研究探讨基于全生命周期的工程造价成本优化路径与实践,通过在实际工程中应用规划与设计、采购与施工、运营与维护及处置与回收阶段的优化策略.采用价值工程分析、动态成本监控及可持续资源管理等方法,实现总投资节约率12.3%,建设期成本降低8.6%,运营成本减少15.7%,验证全生命周期管理的有效性,提升工程经济性和可持续性. This study explores the optimization path and practice of engineering cost based on the entire life cycle,by applying optimization strategies in the planning and design,procurement and construction,operation and maintenance,and disposal and recovery stages in practical engineering.By using value engineering analysis,dynamic cost monitoring,and sustainable resource management methods,a total investment savings rate of 12.3%was achieved,construction costs were reduced by 8.6%,and operating costs were reduced by 15.7%.The effectiveness of full lifecycle management was verified,and the economic and sustainable aspects of the project were improved.
