摘要
宁阳作为山东的一处古代重要制瓷区,有着悠久的瓷器烧造传统,以往囿于材料的限制,学界对其制瓷业面貌的认识较为有限。文章基于2022年调查新材料,结合以往考古成果,对宁阳古代制瓷窑址的窑具及装烧工艺进行了介绍与探讨,指出其窑业技术可能在北朝晚期或隋代受曲阜等周边地区影响产生,并随着时代的变化和技术的交流发生了历时性的演变,其中唐代开始广泛使用的板棚式支烧法较具特色,而该项技术可能在唐代中晚期由河南巩义窑传播而来,至宋代又自宁阳传至淄博、枣庄。
Ningyang was an important ancient porcelain manufacture area of Shandong province,with a long history.People only kown a little about these kilns,limited by lack of materials.This article states the kiln furniture and crafts,based on the latest investigation material and previous research,and concludes that,the porcelain manufacturing techniques emerged with the inspiration from Qufu in the late Northern or Sui Dynasty,and had a historical evolution with the changes of the times and the exchange of technology.Supporting pads which composed of pillars and refractory plate became popular in Tang Dynasty,it maybe spread from Gongyi kiln Of Henan in the Middle and Late Period of Tang Dynasty,then spread to Zibo and Zaozhuang in Song Dynasty.
