摘要
为验证素混凝土桩复合地基在某住宅工程中的应用效果,开展了静载试验和桩身完整性检测。使用堆载反力梁系统进行载荷试验,通过逐级加载的方式测定试验桩在不同载荷下的沉降量。结果表明,试验桩的压缩模量为103.26 kPa,大于复合地基压缩模量特征值50 kPa,达到施工要求。采用低应变法进行桩身完整性检测,根据Ⅱ类桩和Ⅲ类桩的质量缺陷类型分别采取了补救措施,提高了桩体质量。
To verify the application effect of plain concrete pile composite foundation in a certain residential project,static load tests and pile integrity detection were carried out.Load tests were conducted using the surcharge reaction beam system,and the settlement of the test piles under different loads was determined by stepwise loading.The results show that the compressive modulus of the test pile is 103.26 kPa,which is 50 kPa greater than the characteristic value of the compressive modulus of the composite foundation,meeting the construction requirements.The low strain method was adopted for the integrity inspection of the pile body.According to the types of quality defects of Class II and Class III piles,remedial measures were taken respectively,which improved the quality of the pile body.
