H_(2)V_(12)O_(31)/BiOI/FTO光电化学传感器的制备及其对盐酸四环素的检测

摘要 利用溶胶—凝胶法制备了一种同多酸—钒酸,即十二聚钒酸(H2 V12 O31),采用循环伏安法将其沉积到碘氧化铋/掺氟氧化锡(BiOI/FTO)电极表面,期望结合多酸优异的性能(如高的电催化活性、连续可逆的多电子转移能力、强氧化还原能力)进行多酸能级结构与BiOI能级间的匹配,改善BiOI/FTO电极的性能,提高复合电极的光电催化活性。以H_(2)V_(12)O_(31)/BiOI/FTO为工作电极,对盐酸四环素的检测进行了研究,在0.1~1000μmol/L范围内,光电响应强度随着盐酸四环素浓度的增加逐渐减小,呈现良好的线性关系,线性方程为I(μA cm^(-2))=2.843 logC_(TC)(μmol/L)-10.417μA,灵敏度为113.153μA(mmol/L)^(-1)cm^(-2),检出限(LOD)(S/N=3)为0.470μmol/L,该传感器对四环素具有较宽的检测范围且具有良好的选择性和稳定性。 A homopolyacidvanadate,namely dodecavanadic acid(H2 V12 O31)is prepared by solgel method and deposited onto the surface of bismuth oxyiodide/fluorinedoped tin oxide(BiOI/FTO)electrodes using the cyclic voltammetry method,with the expectation of combining the excellent properties of the polyacid(high electrocatalytic activity,continuous and reversible multielectron transfer ability,and strong redox ability)for the matching between the polyacid energy level structure and the BiOI energy levels,in order to improve the performance of the BiOI/FTO electrodes and to enhance the photoelectric catalytic activity of the composite electrode.The detection of tetracycline hydrochloride is studied using H_(2)V_(12)O_(31)/BiOI/FTO as the working electrode,and the intensity of the photoelectric response decreases with the increase of the concentration of tetracycline hydrochloride within the range of 0.1~1000μmol/L,which shows a good linear relationship,and the linear equation is I(μA cm^(-2))=2.843 logC_(TC)(μmol/L)-10.417μA,the sensitivity is 113.153μA(mmol/L)^(-1)cm^(-2),and the limit of detection(LOD)(S/N=3)is 0.470μmol/L.The experimental results show that the sensor has a wide detection range for tetracycline and has good selectivity and stability.
