摘要
为了夯实矿井水害监测及预警工作的基础,提高水害预警工作的准确率,加快矿井灾害监测预警工作智能化进程,研究构建了煤矿水害监测及智能预警平台。介绍了该平台整体架构,详细阐述了以煤岩裂隙微震监测技术、“下三带”水源智能判别技术和多维度超前预警技术为核心的关键技术,结合智能传感器的连续监测实现了矿井水害参数的智能监测和智能分析。通过在中煤新集能源股份有限公司新集二矿现场应用表明,该平台能够实现矿井水害的连续监测分析,并能够依据分析结果进行风险评判和提前预警,预警准确率达94.8%,大大提高了矿井水害治理工作的智能化水平。
The platform for the monitoring and warning of mine water disaster was developed to strengthen the technical foundation for hazard monitoring,enhance the accuracy of warning results,and accelerate the intelligentization of coal mines in relation to disaster prevention.The research has constructed a monitoring and intelligent warning platform for water disaster in coal mines The overall system architecture is presented,followed by a detailed exposition of the key technologies centered on microseismic monitoring of coal-rock joints and fractures,the intelligent identification of water sources within the“three lower zones”and multi-dimensional advanced warning techniques.By integrating these technologies with continuous measurements obtained from intelligent sensors,the platform enables intelligent monitoring and intelligent analysis of critical mine water disaster parameters.Field implementation in the Xinji No.2 Mine of China Coal Xinji Energy Corporation demonstrates that the platform facilitates continuous monitoring and analysis of mine water disaster conditions and supports risk evaluation and advance warning based on the analytical outcomes.The achieved warning accuracy of 94.8%verifies that the platform significantly enhances the level of intelligentization in mine water disaster prevention and control.
