摘要
为精准识别大型矿业集团科技创新能力短板与关键驱动因素,以淮北矿业集团为例,整合熵权TOPSIS法、SEM、fsQCA及NCA,构建多方法融合的研究框架。从科技创新投入、效益、环境、产出4个维度设计13项评价指标,运用熵权TOPSIS法评估2019-2023年淮北矿业集团创新能力动态变化;通过SEM验证“环境-战略-资源-主体-社会责任”对创新能力的直接影响;结合fsQCA与NCA识别驱动高创新能力的组态路径及必要条件。研究发现:淮北矿业集团科技创新能力呈波动上升趋势,科技成果转化与政策支持是核心评价指标;资源投入与人才体系对创新能力正向影响最显著;存在“人才管理主导型”“组织管理主导型”“双元驱动型”3类高创新组态路径,且科技投入与人才体系为突出必要条件。研究成果可为淮北矿业集团精准提升创新能力提供量化依据与路径参考。
To precisely identify the shortcomings and key driving factors of technological innovation capabilities in large mining groups,taking Huaibei Mining Group as a case study,a multi-method fusion research framework was constructed by integrating entropy weight TOPSIS,SEM,fsQCA and NCA methods.13 evaluation indicators were designed from four dimensions:technological innovation input,benefits,environment and output,and the entropy weight TOPSIS method was employed to assess the dynamic changes in the innovation capabilities of Huaibei Mining Group from 2019 to 2023;the direct impact of“environment-strategy-resource-subject-social responsibility”on innovation capabilities was verified through SEM;fsQCA and NCA methods were combined to identify the configurational paths and necessary conditions driving high innovation capabilities.The study found that the technological innovation capabilities of Huaibei Mining Group exhibited a fluctuating upward trend,with technological achievement transformation and policy support being the core evaluation indicators;resource input and talent system had the most significant positive impact on innovation capabilities;there were three types of high innovation configurational paths,including talent management-led type,organizational management-led type,and dual-driven type,with technological input and talent system being prominent necessary conditions.The research findings could provide a quantitative basis and path reference for Huaibei Mining Group to precisely enhance the innovation capabilities.
