山西省关闭煤矿剩余煤炭资源地下气化潜力评价

Evaluation of underground gasification potential of remaining coal resources from closed coal mine in Shanxi

摘要 山西省作为我国煤炭资源的重要产区,存在大量关闭煤矿,赋存有相当数量的剩余煤炭资源,尤其是去产能关闭煤矿。这些煤矿的二次开发利用可以减少资源浪费,促进城市经济发展。以山西省去产能关闭的161座煤矿为研究对象,通过资料收集、数据统计、样品测试及综合研究等手段,分析了山西省关闭煤矿剩余煤炭资源赋存特征,构建了适宜山西省关闭煤矿的煤炭地下气化指标体系,开展了煤炭地下气化选区。根据评价结果,14座煤矿被划定为“V2次优”级别,地质条件、煤炭质量、气化潜力等多方面表现突出,属于开发前景有利区;51座煤矿被归类为“V3良”等级,虽具备一定的开发价值,但在开发潜力需要综合考虑诸如周边环境、开采成本、技术难度等因素;9座煤矿处于“V4中级”水平,现阶段开发条件相对有限,可将其作为远景规划中的潜在煤矿资源储备。对于“V2次优”级别煤矿,后续应开展更为精细深入的评价工作,充分挖掘其各方面潜力,在整体规划中给予优先开发的地位,使其资源优势尽快转化为经济优势。 As an important production area of coal resources in China,Shanxi has a large number of closed coal mines,with a considerable amount of remaining coal resources,especially to excess-capacity-reduction closed coal mines.Secondary development and utilization of these coal mines can reduce the waste of resources and promote the development of urban economy.Taking 161 closed coal mines in Shanxi as the research object,the occurrence characteristics of remaining coal resources in the closed coal mines in Shanxi were analyzed with means of data collection,data statistics,sample testing and comprehensive research,and an index system of underground coal gasification suitable for closed coal mines in Shanxi was constructed,and the coal underground gasification area selection was carried out.According to the evaluation results,14 coal mines were classified as“V2 second-best”level,with outstanding geological conditions,coal quality,gasification potential and other aspects,belonging to favorable development prospects;51 coal mines were classified as“V3 good”level,although there was a certain development value,the development potential needs to consider some factors such as the surrounding environment,mining costs,technical difficulties;9 coal mines were at the“V4 intermediate”level,and the development conditions were relatively limited at this stage,which could be used as potential coal resource reserves in the long-term planning.For the“V2 sub-optimal”coal mine,more detailed and in-depth evaluation should be carried out in the future,with fully digging its potential in all aspects,and giving priority to development in the overall planning,so that its resource advantages could be transformed into economic advantages as soon as possible.
