摘要
在资本逻辑推动下,劳动领域呈现出职业生活的时间延展、工作负荷的累积增长和价值创造的递减态势等内卷化样态,已然成为难以消解的现代性症候。在积累逻辑的内在矛盾、发展逻辑的技术单向性与实践逻辑的实然困境等因素的影响下,劳动者非但没有获得更多自由,反而陷入愈发密集的竞争与更精细化的限制中。基于马克思主义政治经济学视角,破解内卷化劳动困局需重构生活时空的平衡机制,实现必要劳动与自由发展的辩证统一,推动劳动形态从重复性操作向自我实现跃迁。同时,通过推进生产的社会化与科学化变革,使劳动过程回归“自由自觉”的本质属性,最终引导劳动者在创造性实践中完成从“必然王国”向“自由王国”的跨越,在消解劳动异化的同时实现人的全面发展。
Driven by the logic of capital,the field of labor has become a syndrome of modernity that is difficult to resolve,as it shows an involutional pattern of the prolongation of professional life,the cumulative growth of workload,and the diminishing trend of value creation.Under the influence of the inherent contradiction of the logic of accumulation,the technological unidirectionality of the logic of development,and the practical dilemma of the logic of practice,laborers have not gained more freedom,but have been caught up in more intensive competition and more refined restrictions.Based on the perspective of Marxist political economy,in order to solve the dilemma of involutional labor,it is necessary to reconstruct the equilibrium mechanism of life space-time,realize the dialectical unity of necessary labor and free development,and push the form of labor to leap from repetitive operation to self-realization.At the same time,by promoting the socialization and scientific transformation of production,the labor process will return to the essential attribute of"freedom and self-awareness",and ultimately guide the workers to complete the leap from the"Kingdom of Necessity"to the"Kingdom of Freedom"in the process of creative practice,and realize the comprehensive development of human beings while eliminating the alienation of labor.
