摘要
目的探讨稳定型心绞痛(stable angina pectoris,SAP)患者中应用揿针联合稳心丹的效果。方法便利选取2024年1—12月黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院收治的120例SAP患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分成研究组与对照组,对照组(n=60)采用西药治疗,研究组(n=60)在对照组的基础上使用揿针联合稳心丹治疗。比较两组临床疗效、SAP发作情况、炎症因子、心肌酶谱指标。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%(58/60),较对照组的83.33%(50/60)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.926,P<0.05);治疗后,两组治疗后SAP发作次数减少,SAP发作时间缩短,研究组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后两组肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素6、肌酸激酶同工酶、肌钙蛋白I水平下降,研究组较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论揿针联合稳心丹应用于SAP患者中,可促进临床疗效提升,缩短SAP发作时间,减少发作次数,降低炎症因子、心肌酶谱水平。
Objective To explore the effect of thumbtack needle combined with Wenxin Dan in patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP).Methods A total of 120 patients with SAP admitted to The Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2024 were conveniently selected and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods.The control group(n=60)was treated with western medicine,and the study group(n=60)was treated with thumbtack needle combined with Wenxin Dan on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,SAP attack,inflammatory factors and myocardial enzyme spectrum indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.67%(58/60),which was higher than 83.33%(50/60)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.926,P<0.05).After treatment,the number of SAP attacks decreased and the time of SAP attacks shortened in the two groups,and the study group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin 6,creatine kinase-MB isoenzyme and cardiac troponin I in the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of thumbtack needle combined with Wenxin Dan in SAP patients can promote the improvement of clinical efficacy,shorten the onset time of SAP,reduce the number of episodes,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and myocardial enzymes.
