基于种群增长模型的野猪种群动态分析方法初探

A preliminary exploration of analytical methods for wild boar population dynamics based on population growth models

摘要 种群动态既是种群生态学基础研究内容,也是制定种群管理策略的重要依据。本研究采用红外相机陷阱法,于2024年在湖南八大公山国家级自然保护区布设了82台红外相机,通过采集红外相机对野猪的监测数据,应用随机相遇模型估算了野猪种群密度,采用种群增长模型模拟构建了野猪种群指数和Logistic增长模型。结果表明:(1)随机相遇模型估算种群密度为(0.48±0.14)只·km^(-2);种群密度在不同季节和生境类型上存在差异。(2)种群指数和Logisitic增长模型分别为N_(t)=97.71×exp(0.125 t)和N_(t)=1000/[1+exp(2.22-0.125 t)];野猪种群受自然与人为因子共同作用,种群密度及种群动态呈现时空异质性。建议在持续监测和科学评估基础上,依据种群动态分析结果,制定精准化野猪种群管理方案。本研究结果为野猪及其他中大型兽类的调查与管理提供了借鉴。 Population dynamics constitutes both a core reasearch area in population ecology and a critical fundation for developing population management strategies.In 2024,we deployed 82 infrared camera traps in the Hunan Badagongshan National Nature Reserve to monitor wild boar(Sus scrofa).The random encounter model(REM)was used to estimate the wild boar population density,and the population growth model was construct by using exponential and logistic models for the wild boar population.The research results showed that:(1)REM yielded a mean density of(0.48±0.14)individuals per km 2,with significant seasonal and habitat-related variation.(2)The population exponential growth and logistic growth models were N_(t)=97.71×exp(0.125_(t))and N_(t)=1000/[1+exp(2.22-0.125 t)],respectively.Wild boar dynamics were jointly driven by natural and anthropogenic factors,generating spatiotemporal heterogeneity in both density and population trajectory.To establish a long-term monitoring program and integrating these dynamic analyses into adaptive,the precision management plans for wild boar were recommended.It provided a reference for surveying and managing wild boar and other medium to large-sized mammals.
