摘要
介绍了压气机、燃烧室和涡轮的关键结构与技术特点。在压气机中,叶片设计可采用基于计算机辅助工程技术的设计方法与反问题设计方法相结合的形式;转子的设计需要综合考虑强度、刚度、重量和平衡等多个因素。压气机解决喘振可采用中间级放气、多设喷口、机匣处理、改变预旋量等方法。燃烧室应尽量减小尺寸大小,以适应更多工况,可采取换用新型燃料或延长燃烧时间等方式。
This study primarily introduces the key structures and technical characteristics of compressors,combustion chambers,and turbines.In compressors,blade design can adopt a combined approach integrating computer-aided engineering technology and inverse problem design methods.Rotor design requires comprehensive consideration of multiple factors such as strength,stiffness,weight,and balance.To address compressor surge,methods such as interstage bleed air,multiple nozzle configurations,casing treatments,and adjusting pre-swirl can be employed.Combustion chambers should minimize size to adapt to a wider range of operating conditions.This can be achieved by adopting new fuel types or extending combustion duration.
