摘要
创新工作室围绕其培养模式和能力提升,探索了创新工作室在提升大学生创新创业能力方面的作用与成效。培养模式涵盖学习专业知识、大赛引领能力展示、激发实践行动能力及全方面能力培养。通过构建“学知、赛能、创行”的培养模式,创新工作室着重培养了学生的实践行动能力,将其作为培育目标的核心。创新工作室的成功实践为高校创新创业教育提供了新的思路和方法,通过不断完善培训体系、强化师资队伍建设、拓展实践平台等措施,有效提升了大学生的创新创业能力。
The innovation studio explores the role and effectiveness of innovation studios in enhancing university students'innovative entrepreneurial abilities.The cultivation model encompasses learning specialized knowledge,showcasing abilities through competitions,stimulating practical action capabilities,and fostering comprehensive ability development.By establishing a cultivation model of“learning knowledge、showcasing abilities in competitions、and creating actions”innovation studios focus on cultivating students'practical action capabilities as the core of their training objectives.The successful practices of innovation studios provide new ideas and methods for innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.Through continuous improvement of the training system,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,expanding practical platforms,and other measures,the innovative entrepreneurial abilities of university students have been effectively enhanced.
