从工业有机废水中回收甲醇、甲酸乙酯和四氢呋喃工艺的ASPEN模拟

ASPEN Simulation of the Recovery of Methanol,Ethyl Formate and Tetrahydrofuran Processes from Industrial Organic Wastewater

摘要 某化工厂生产的有机废水中含有甲酸乙酯、四氢呋喃、甲醇和水4种主要物质,需要回收甲醇、甲酸乙酯和四氢呋喃,以降低生产成本,同时减少环境污染。本文采用以二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为萃取剂的萃取精馏分离工艺,通过多个精馏塔实现有效分离。利用计算模拟软件Aspen Plus对回收过程进行工艺设计与模拟,并对工艺参数进行优化,最终实现资源回收和环保的双重目标,回收得到纯度大于99.9%的甲醇、甲酸乙酯和四氢呋喃。本研究不仅为化工生产中类似有机废水处理提供了可靠的技术参考,也为绿色化工理念在资源回收领域的实践应用起到积极的推动作用,有力地促进了化工行业的可持续发展。 Recycling methanol,ethyl formate and tetrahydrofuran from organic wastewater produced in chemical plants can reduce production costs and reduce environmental pollution.In this paper,the extraction process with dimethylsulfoxide(DMSO)as the extraction agent adopts the effective separation of ethyl formate,tetrahydrofuran,methanol and water through multiple distillation.The calculation simulation software Aspen Plus was used to design and simulate the recovery process,and the process parameters were optimized,finally achieving the dual goals of resource recovery and environmental protection.The recovery obtained methanol,ethyl formate and tetrahydrofuran with a purity greater than 99.9%.This study not only provides a reliable technical reference for the treatment of similar organic wastewater in chemical production but also plays a positive role in promoting the practical application of the concept of green chemistry in the field of resource recovery,and strongly promotes the sustainable development of the chemical industry.
