摘要
在天津110 kV变电站对飞燕型和长S型Q235热镀锌钢接地引下线柔性连接结构开展16星期的应用腐蚀验证实验,弥补了柔性连接结构在应用中腐蚀研究的不足,可为电网系统中接地引下线的普遍应用提供理论基础。对地面沉降程度、腐蚀速率及腐蚀形貌等进行分析,研究两种接地引下线柔性连接结构的腐蚀行为,结果表明:接地引下线柔性连接结构实验区域并未发生明显的地面沉降,接地引下线柔性连接结构也未发生明显变形。不同柔性连接结构的耐蚀性存在差距,相同柔性连接结构、不同部位的耐腐蚀性也存在差距。试样上表面和拐点区间是发生腐蚀断裂的高风险区域。飞燕型在拐点3区间发生腐蚀断裂的风险最高,长S型在过渡4区间发生腐蚀断裂的风险最高。分析Q235热镀锌钢试样的腐蚀表面,可知,腐蚀产物几乎完全覆盖试样表面,主要为Zn和Fe的腐蚀产物,可推测腐蚀扩散至金属基体。综合分析,飞燕型柔性连接结构在现场应用中的防腐蚀断裂效果更好。
A 16 weeks application verification experiment was conducted on the Flying Swallow Shape and Long S-Shape flexible connection structures for grounding down lead lines made of Q235 hot-dip galvanized steel at the 110 kV substation in Tianjin,which made up for the lack of corrosion research on flexible connection structures in applications and provided a theoretical basis for the universal application for grounding down lead lines in the power grid system.By analyzing the degree of land subsidence,corrosion rate,and corrosion morphology,the corrosion behavior of two shapes of flexible connection structures for grounding down lead lines was studied.The results showed that there was no significant land subsidence or deformation in the test area of the flexible connection structures for grounding down lead lines.There are differences in the corrosion resistance of different flexible connection structures,and for the same flexible connection structure,there are also differences in the corrosion resistance of different parts.The surface and inflection point interval of the samples are high-risk areas for corrosion fracture.The Flying Swallow Shape has the highest risk of corrosion fracture at 3 inflection point interval,while the Long S-Shape has the highest risk of corrosion fracture at 4 transition interval.Analyzing the corroded surface of Q235 hot-dip galvanized steel samples,it can be inferred that the corrosion products almost completely cover the surface of the samples,mainly consisting of Zn and Fe corrosion products,which indicated that the corrosion has spread to the metal substrate.Overall analysis shows that the Flying Swallow Shape flexible connection structure has better anti-corrosion and fracture resistance in field applications.
