摘要
对比套袋与不套袋处理对珍珠油杏果实品质的影响。结果表明,果实套袋比不套袋处理显著降低了单果重、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、维生素C、类黄酮和总酚含量;提高了可滴定酸含量,降低了糖酸比,并不利于珍珠油杏的风味的改善与品质的提高;套袋可改善果面外观品质,但果袋的遮光等作用也使果实所处的微域环境变化,抑制了光合与次生代谢,导致果实内在品质下降。
This study compared the effects of bagging and non-bagging treatments on the fruit quality of Prunus armeniaca.The results showed that,compared with bagging,non-bagging significantly increased fruit weight,soluble solids,soluble sugar,vitamin C,flavonoid,and total phenol content,while reducing titratable acid content and increasing the sugar-acid ratio.Therefore,non-bagging is more conducive to improving the flavor and nutritional quality of P.armeniaca.Although bagging improves fruit surface appearance,it inhibits photosynthesis and secondary metabolism due to micro-environmental changes such as shading,leading to a significant decline in intrinsic fruit quality.
