遥控式核桃枝条修剪机的设计与试验

Design and experiment of a remote-controlled walnut branch pruning machine

摘要 针对目前人工使用修枝剪、修枝锯修剪核桃树存在效率低、劳动强度大、生产成本高,修剪高处树枝时需架梯作业危险性高、易发生工伤事故的问题,研究设计了遥控式核桃枝条修剪机,该机通过液压驱动以及远程遥控控制可以完成多杆机械臂的位姿多角度调节,实现核桃树枝的定向、精准修剪。经过试验分析:设备行驶速度可以达到0.5~4.5 km/h,作业最大高度是5200 mm,覆盖半径3150 mm,最大修剪树枝直径200 mm,转弯半径≥2 m,爬坡角度≤30°,当修剪装置给进速度在12°/s时,设备可做到修剪平顺,切面平齐,修剪效果最佳。 To address the current issues of low efficiency,high labor intensity,and high production costs associated with manual pruning of walnut trees using hand pruners and saws,as well as the high risks and potential for workplace injuries when pruning branches at heights(requiring ladder operations),a remote-controlled walnut branch pruning machine was designed and developed.The machine primarily consists of a power chassis,position and attitude adjustment device,cutting mechanism,and control box.Through hydraulic drive and remote control,it enables multi-angle position and attitude adjustment of multi-joint robotic arms,achieving directional and precise pruning of walnut branches.Experimental analysis revealed that the equipment can operate at speeds ranging from 0.5 to 4.5 km/h,a maximum working height of 5200 mm,a coverage radius of 3150 mm,a maximum branch cutting diameter of 200 mm,a turning radius of≥2 m,and a climbing angle of≤30°.When the pruning device advances at 12°/s,the machine delivers smooth,uniform cuts and optimal pruning results.
