双腔勺式棉花精量穴播器关键部件设计与试验

摘要 针对双腔勺式精量穴播器在播种速度提高时播种精度下降的问题,本文从高效清种和有序充填的角度出发,对双腔勺式穴播器的清种装置进行了优化改进,设计了一种具有棘轮驱动敲击振动式清种机构的双腔勺式棉花精量穴播器,改善了作业过程中的清护种效果,提高了穴播器的播种精度。通过对棘轮驱动敲击振动式清种机构进行理论分析和试验,确定了机构的关键尺寸参数,当棘轮齿数为22个,棘爪伸出端两圆锤的中心距为40 mm时,单粒率可以达到91.5%,能够满足棉花精量播种的要求。 Addressing the issue of decreased seeding precision in scoop-type precision dibblers when increasing the seeding speed,this paper proposed optimizations and improvements to the seed cleaning mechanism of the dibbler,focusing on high-efficiency seed cleaning and orderly filling.Specifically,a double-cavity scoop-type cotton precision hole sower equipped with a vibration seed cleaning mechanism by ratchet-driven was designed.This innovation enhances the effectiveness of seed cleaning,thereby improving the seeding precision of the dibbler.The key size parameters of the mechanism were determined through theoretical analysis and experiment.When the number of ratchet teeth is 22 and the center distance between round hammers at the extended end of pawl is 40mm,the single grain rate can reach 91.5%,which can meet the requirements of precision seeding of cotton.
