辣椒收获机随车卸料装置运动学分析与应用

摘要 针对目前辣椒收获机作业时料箱满仓后,需频繁停车卸料,浪费作业时间,从而降低工作效率的问题,本文结合现有辣椒收获机的结构特点,设计了一种适配辣椒收获机的随车卸料装置,可伴随接料车实现不停机作业。通过建立随车卸料装置中挡料板机构的运动学模型,对挡料板机构运动特性进行研究。对安装随车卸料装置的辣椒收获机和未安装该装置的辣椒收获机进行田间对比试验,结果显示安装随车卸料装置的辣椒收获机作业效率提升了33.87%,证明了该装置的优越性。 Aiming at the problem that when the grain tank of the current pepper harvester is full during operation,it needs to stop frequently for unloading,wasting operation time and resulting in low work efficiency.Combined with the structural characteristics of the existing pepper harvester,an on-vehicle unloading device for the pepper harvester was designed to achieve non-stop operation with the accompanying unloading vehicle.By establishing the kinematic model of the baffle mechanism in the on-vehicle unloading device,the motion characteristics of the mechanism were studied.Field comparative tests were carried out on the pepper harvester equipped with the on-vehicle unloading device and the one without it.The results show that the operation efficiency of the pepper harvester with the on-vehicle unloading device is increased by 33.87%,which proves the performance of this device.
