摘要
养老机构作为社会化养老的重要载体,食堂食品安全直接关系到在院老人的生命健康与生活质量。本文系统分析当前我国养老机构食堂食品安全管理的现状、存在的突出问题及其深层原因,并提出针对性的对策,旨在提升养老机构食品安全管理水平,保障老年人“舌尖上的安全”,推动养老服务业高质量发展。
As an important carrier of socialized elderly care,the food safety of the canteens in elderly care institutions is directly related to the life health and quality of life of the elderly in the institutions.This article systematically analyzes the current situation of food safety management in elderly care institution canteens in China,the prominent problems existing and their underlying causes,and proposes targeted countermeasures,aiming to enhance the food safety management level of elderly care institutions,ensure the“food safety on the tip of the tongue”of the elderly,and promote the high-quality development of the elderly care service industry.
