设计参数驱动的铁路隧道工程自动建模与编码方法

摘要 针对西部铁路隧道工程中地形复杂、施工安全管理难度大以及三维模型与属性信息难以有效集成的问题,本文提出了一种设计参数驱动的铁路隧道工程自动建模与编码方法。首先,通过隧道构件级分解,提取设计图纸中的关键几何参数,构建参数化模板,实现洞门、正洞、辅助通道及边仰坡等隧道构件的自动建模,并结合地形信息进行无缝装配。随后,设计并实现基于EBS体系的隧道构件编码方案,将施工进度、安全、质量等属性信息与构件一一挂接,实现三维模型与管理数据的联动查询与可视化分析。结果表明,该方法能够高效生成符合设计意图的隧道三维模型,支持构件级信息查询与进度可视化,为铁路隧道工程的数字孪生建设与智慧管理提供了技术基础和数据支撑。 To address the challenges of complex terrain,difficulties in construction safety management,and ineffective integration of three-dimensional(3D)models with attribute information in western railway tunnel projects,this paper proposed a design-parameter-driven automatic modeling and coding method for railway tunnel engineering.Firstly,through tunnel component-level decomposition,key geometric parameters from design drawings were extracted to construct parametric templates.These templates enable automatic modeling of tunnel components,including tunnel portals,main tunnels,auxiliary passages,side and front slopes,and facilitate seamless assembly combined with terrain information.Subsequently,a tunnel component coding scheme based on the EBS(Engineering Breakdown Structure)system was designed and implemented,linking construction progress,safety,quality,and other attribute information with corresponding components,thus enabling integrated querying and visual analysis of 3D models and management data.Results show that the proposed method can efficiently generate tunnel 3D models aligned with design intent,support component-level information queries and progress visualization,and provide a technical foundation and data support for the digital twin construction and intelligent management of railway tunnels.
