摘要
为研究轴流泵作液力透平熵产损失机制,基于熵产理论对不同流量工况下轴流泵作液力透平各过流部件的熵产损失进行分析,并重点研究叶轮和出口段的熵产损失机制。结果表明:在不同流量工况下,叶轮熵产损失和出口段熵产损失是整机熵产损失的主要过流部件;叶轮区域内部流动过程的流动分离、低速区域和尾迹流是导致叶轮熵产损失的主要原因;在出口段尾水锥下游区域,由叶轮出口处富裕的速度环量产生的涡带是导致出口段熵产损失的主要原因。
In order to study the energy loss mechanism of the axial flow pump as a hydraulic turbine,this paper takes the axial flow pump as the research object.Based on the theory of entropy production,the energy loss mechanism of each flow component of the axial flow pump under different flow conditions is quantitatively analyzed,and the energy loss mechanism of the impeller and the outlet section is specifically analyzed.The results show that under different flow conditions,the entropy production loss of the impeller and the entropy production loss of the outlet section are the main factors of the energy dissipation of the whole machine.The flow separation in the flow process of the impeller region,the low speed area and the wake flow are the main reasons for the energy loss of the impeller,and the vortex band in the downstream area of the tail cone of the outlet section is the main reason for the energy loss of the outlet section.
